⌛ Anybody yearning to grow their own veggies?

I've got a nice garden lot on the hill above Valencia which I would like to rent to anyone wishing to try out their green thumb.

All told, it's about 1,000 Sq Meters. I'm willing to divide it into smaller plots. Land is gently sloping, few rocks, easy access. Past crops have included pechay, peppers, beans, squash, cabbage, asparagus, onions, corn, sweet potatoes, egg plant, broccoli and cauliflower. The latter two don't do well because it's too warm here. No, you can't grow your own pot there!

You can have the whole thing for P2,000 per month, or approx. P2.00 per sq. mtr for a smaller plot. I supply the land and the water, you supply the seed, fertilizer and labor.
