Question Are there any Waterproof covers for mobile phones?

    This was going to be my suggestion too. The phone is not needed underwater so why not get an inexpensive underwater disposable camera, they take great photos. KINGCOLE wins the best answer award from me.

    Years ago, I used several disposable underwater cameras when I was in Thailand and Mexico doing some snorkeling and underwater stuff. The pics came out great!

    GoPro Hero 4 is now out on the market, but they function best as video - though you can capture a still with them as well.

    I'm thinking the disposable cameras for a kid for starters might be all she needs for now. And it won't break the bank all at once.
