    If you go to the Bacong Market and ask around for Andy the watch repair guy, Andy teaches arnis/escrima. If I recall correctly he is also a seventh Dan in karate.
    If Andy can't help you he can maybe introduce you to Ike Villaflouris (sp) in Dumaguete.
    As for yoga the closest you may get is at Robinson and they spell it Yogurt LOL.

    I haven't seen Andy around town for several years now and I don't personally know Ike.
    If you drop in at any PNP station they might be able to help you find someone. I think a lot of the cops are into Arnis at least that's what I heard..

    So I'll be in Valencia for a short stop only about 2 weeks and would love to get some practice in with like-minded people. I'm experienced in Tai Chi and Arnis/Escrima but just a beginner at yoga. Are there any groups in Valencia?
