    can't remember if we've even met or you've visited my office.
    IBP Notarial rate says 'whichever is higher' but you know there is always the so-called "negotiation".
    this is just my opinion, i think it is not proper to compare lawyers to local Filipinos when it comes to earnings.

    comparing may not be proper, particularly if it exposes inequalities.

    That may be true, just as it would be improper from a politician's viewpoint to compare his actually income (not publicly posted earnings) to that of a local Filipino he represents as a politician.

    Aren't most Filipino politicians attorneys? The politician in the US are typically attorneys.
