Fortunately that is a big one with my wife. We have been shown some lots that even a donkey would struggle getting to, but the prices were decent. Now she insists that the land is accessible from a paved road. Access roads are a big deal too because she has had to deal with some of her family for her own property concerning access. They hope to get her plot but she will turn it into a pig farm before she lets that side of her family get it.

The 4X4 with the fold down seats in the back have fixed seats so they would not be very comfortable on any long trip and the drivers cabs are cramped.
