    Does anyone get Autorun Eater popping up on their laptop screen? This pos new laptop I bought from Ace Logic has all kinds of crapola my other laptop didn't have and I don't know what it is and my laptop runs a lot slower than my Lenovo. Guess you get what you pay for, my new b*tch is an Acer.

    A new laptops usually have bloatware installed which in most cases are pretty useless. A quick reformat should make your laptop faster. Make sure to backup your important files first though.

    If you re-format, make sure you have the installation disk.
    why don't you just delete the software that's slowing your laptop down.

    Start> control panel>uninstall programs. Make sure you don't delete anything important.
