sigh, i pity you folks, last time i had a haircut was about 1972 and it's only grown a 12'' ponytail since then, saving me a lot of time and money.

My first haircut in Philippines, was a random local shop, 40 peso very cheap. The cap I bought "no fear" was more expensive. In 3 months the cap was only of, when I was in the shower lol

I tried David's a few times when I first arrived in Dumaguete 5-6 years ago. Never again I say. They are horrible and simply do their own thing. I now go next door to Cut N Loose and Maricel goes to this Korean place near the BPI on the highway close to NORSU (Kim's I think).

You have to make sure to micro manage them though sadly because if you don't they just kind of do their own thing. My regular guy for near 5 years now (Junrey at Cut N Loose) screwed up my haircut last time cutting the top way to short and the front at what the rest of the top should also be.

p40 is the standard barbershop price for men's haircut from what I have seen. Of course you can go to a "stylist" and pay more if you prefer... My wife goes to a guy/girl not far from downtown that does full salon treatments for reasonable prices (Color and straightening was p1,400 or so).
