Yamaha registered , in a couple of hours at Dumaguete LTO , no bribe asked for , the paperwork was not mysteriously lost , all of our vehicles will be done at Dumaguete and not 5@is , it simply just does not have to be as painful as some people would like to try and make it , three and a half years , and finally registration . post script; I did not personally attend the office as I had done at the other place , I had a Filipino friend do it for me , so whether skin colour had anything to do with my ordeal I don't know.
