    the visibility there is in general not the best there, compared to many places in the philippines

    so when you swim the water is reasonably clear'
    ie you can see your feet when you are in up to your chest
    thats normally my rule for swimming
    hate to swim and not see whats there

    The visibility for swimming is actually much better than your concern describes. It's pretty good for swimming, and generally very calm in the bay.

    Vis. for diving is not great ... though I believe Baloy is more renowned for it's fishing activities ... :wink:
