    Hello gentle people,

Can anybody tell me if there are improvements in the roads of bantayan. I am very much interested of that road going to the barangay hall. The last time I was there it was not in such good condition. I am just hoping that this area was also part of the road project of dgte. any info. will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

As far as I can remember, starting from Silliman farm, it is still the same--meaning asphalt with some holes here and there. I don't think it has been cemented...

I can confirm, there's no new roadworks there apart from some partial fixing of the crossing of Hibbard avenue and L Rovira Road.

hello Miss flobenz and sir andyg2,

Thank you very much for the information. I think the road will still remain like how it is now still more 10 or 20 years from now. But anyway I don't worry so much just it would be more comfortable for the other people living in this area. But we will get use to it sad to say that there are much changes in dumaguete but improvements doesn't seem to get along with the changes. Thanks again have a wonderful day.

yes now this query has inspired me into an investment idea Now when I soon return to dumaguete I will be saving money from cheap living and that saved money will invest in saddled donkeys(when business profits we will upgrade to mules)any way I will search out these impassable roads that even the motoristas on 2 wheels fear to trod,so even the mayors office at barangay hall can be reach on a rainy day,,He will be angry because they dont pave it to keep the citizens from easy access to deliver their complaints..But I cant go wrong capitalizing on the peoples best interest even if barangay hall objects??it will cost very very cheap for every one..
