Bayawan Bayawan has worst flooding in history

We have family in Pagatban, on either side of the highway near the Pagatban Bridge. Some live right on the river, others a little higher up. My wife was able to get her niece on the phone, and thankfully, it sounds like everyone's OK. The houses by the river and a small pen that held 3 pigs are gone or mostly gone, but the more substantial house on the other side of the highway is OK , just some flooding in the front yard.
