Once again BDO change something that was working and make it worse, i have been getting messages for months stating that as of 31 March the original online website will be shut down so change to the new one, the other day i did this and the first thing i noticed was that there is no way to message them, messages can come from them but no way to send a query to them. I logged into the old website and sent them a message asking how to send them a message on the new website and the answer was online messaging not available on the new website and call the hotline for any queries. The last time i had to call it as we don't have a landline i used my cell phone and it cost a lot of pesos, there are toll free numbers but they can only be called from a landline. Maybe BDO are in business with the telecom companies
