even the meat that they say is Australian beef is not fit for a dog, to my knowledge the best beef is exported from Australia, so I guess the origin is fake.

I will share my beef tenderizer process, works for me. I buy the H-mart fresh beef (2 fillets) on the way home from the gym, as soon as I arrive home I immediately take off my sweat socks and put a steak in each one. I let them sit for an hour then give to the dog to chew while the sock is still on, for another hour. I then fight the dog and take the steaks out of the socks and pound the hell out of them like they are abalone. Then sprinkle a healthy dose of MSG and barbecue until well well done. Then ready for my seven course dinner I give the steaks back to the dog and have a boiled potato and a six pack of beer. More fun in the Philippines.

That's how the Islamic community kills their meat, do they not.

And strangely enough their meat tends to be rather tough as well. If you're in Dubai and get a good steak it is likely imported. Not too much grazing land in the area anyhow.

That must be why your dog is so studly and has vise-like jaws! :D

I know this thread talks about Beef Tenderloin and the posts are mostly jokes but on a serious note, what i really do with tough meat is to boil them in barbecue sauce and when they are tender, grill them. I bought baby back ribs at Robinsons this morning and this is what i did. I got lucky, only boiled it for 1 hour and it was already tender. Pork and beef are different but i do think this method works for both. Back Ribs was yummy and it was a perfect lunch while watching Donaire boxing fight today. Cheers!! PS, i used my Grandma's 40 year old plate :D
