    Hello to you all , Iam new over here and I must say found already some good information that was posted in this Forum.
    Its the 4 th year that I visit The Philipines And really did like Dumaguete a lot , so Finnaly did buy a lot in Dauin .
    Today Iam leaving again after just beeing here 7 days to do the paperwork on the lot , way to short but wil be back in December.
    So Now going back to manila , and then to the US to visit a Friend in NJ and then nexst week Back to Belgium. And I really hate to fly:eek:
    I hope to meet some people when iam back .

    Hi Cris, welcome to our forum. So you are going to live in Duin t your newly bought lot.
    Let me hear more when you are back here in December. Not far from your lot (in Maluay at 8 km distance) a crazy Dutchman is living and does not object to have some talks with a Vlaming from Antwerp.

    how do you plan on getting potable water in dauin? where in dauin will you be located? the average potable water table around town might in the range of 120 feet. that is a long way for a pump and with the frequent power outages...just one of the few things to consider.
