    This ain't the place anymore to mess with underage girls or meth, you're going to get nicked at some point, some guys really need to learn the rules of the ph! Play by their rules or get knicked and end up in a shithole for a few years!

    Alleged is the right word to use. Nothing has been proven yet in the courts. The police only investigate and arrest, the courts decide if he is guilty or not. It is not the media's job to convict people of crimes.

    Get a lawyer and STFU before you say something else stupid! Just because your pictures are "private" doesn't mean that it isn't illegal. And just because you don't smoke meth doesn't mean you weren't using it as a tool get the young girls into your house.

    It seems the moral of the story is "stop being an *sshole in the Philippines". And FFS, stop being around minors that are not related to you regardless of your intentions! How many f'in people have to be arrested before expats figure this sh*t out? (And btw: never let someone borrow or use your computer without your supervision!)

    The truth is somewhere between his story and the story the community is telling.

    Hmm well he won't 'Prosper' much on this one will he, you know I really don't like this word "Alleged" either he was or he wasn't, they should know they were there.

    Sorry but whilst I don't condone any of this sort of thing, I get fed up with reading yet another Foreigner gets Trapped and I do think that there is some element of Entrapment of late in some of these cases. Once again the Media Reporting is Totally Crap.
    Again this supposed Premiere Investigation Bureau only acted on reports from outside the NBI
    To me, given another Thread of Late, If the girl was a Minor ( And nothing is reported on this) and he was under observation, he should have been arrested before they even entered the House thus saving all this drawn put OH! Look how good we are we got another one.

    The long arms of the country’s premier investigative agency caught up with a Belgian national suspected of engaging in the trafficking of children, child abuse and child pornography in a northern town of Bohol.

    NBI Director Atty. Virgilio Mendez, a Boholano ordered surveillance operations and arrest the Belgian suspect after human trafficking reports reached the NBI.

    A team of National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) agents caught “in flagrante delicto” a 76 year old Belgian national Prosper Slachmuylders allegedly naked and in a supine position with a similarly naked girl lying prone on top in Purok 2 Barangay Soom, Trinidad, Bohol during a raid conducted in the early morning of June 27, 2015

    A news report i read stated he was a former mayor in Belguim and the girl was a 15 year old student
