⌛ Best 3G mobile signal ??

Here in the UK I Have a USB dongle that I plug into my net book. I get a good consistent 3G signal in most areas, with speeds up to 2MB/S.
Which provider in Dumaguete or General Philippines gives the best 3G coverage for iphone/ Smart Phones or Mobiles. I know that this technology has really taken off in Korea and Japan and just wonder if with the love of mobile Phones this 3G works well in Dumaguete ? or around about ? Also if anyone has a cell phone that has worked well on their particular network while roaming or Island hopping ?

Globe and Smart in Dumaguete City got 3G signals but out of the city aint 3G signals it starts at 15km away from the city, as well as Tagbilaran City. Cebu Island got 3G almost all towns out side the city, Metro Manila and its neighboring cities are all 3G. Take note Globe usb hub is limited to 1 gig download per day. I dont know aboutSmart. Suncel, they admit its still GPRS here in Dumaguete,that is 3 months ago, I dont know about now.
