Ace Logics

The original post on Ace Logics sounded to me like a commercial. I won't go into details but I sure wouldn't give them a 5 our 5. More like a 1. They caused allot of problems for me. If they had a business in my country they would be run out of town and that goes for Carlos too.

Now. If you want Quality and affordable Desktop & Laptop PC's? You could try at Micro Valley Computer Store. They offer free service only to there loyal customers, and i do mean free. If you don't, try coming at the store. Believe me... I work there. :D

 

With comparative prices as well ?
I do remember I once made a comparison between both when I bought a new flat screen monitor. Your shop was slightly more expensive.
Read well:....."slightly", so no big deal with that difference.
But a free service ? Sounds worth trying at least.
But be carefull to post "Agree" with a comment of someone who tells that your competitor is no good.

My experience with Ace logic was good for about a year, during which I brought them many new customers. In Septmeber of 2007 I purchased a new UPS from them. It has never worked correctly since the first day. Within days I took it back to them, and told them the voltage was too low. In fact, the output voltage never got above 165 volts. After several return trips without an answer, I finally got a text from them telling me that there was a problem with my UPS, "the voltage is low". they were sending it in to the manufacturer for repair.

Since then, they have had this unit "for service" 11 out of the 13 months I have owned it. they refuse to make this right. It now has a voltage reading of...,

165 volts!

I won't be taking any more customers to them.

the prices at MV are a bit higher compared to other shops in Duma for the same product.... but somebody has to pay for the "free" service... Is there anything for free in Duma ???

acelogic gave my brothers computer some viruses when he had it fixed there. Infomate usually gives me great service

 

Personally, i dont buy computer stuff here in Dumaguete. Why? Because there's that extra cost of shipping and etc. I wouldn't count much on service either, these guys do know the basic stuff but when it comes to a problem they can't solve they just simply reformat the pc without even finding out the cause of the problem in the first place.

 

Micro valley?

:p if they say octagon sucks, then micro valley does too.. given the fact that they're just the same store with just different names. and believe me , even without names, they simply just suck. Algorithm is the best computer repair shop. not only that they accommodate costumers well, they help out with your finances because they give options (cheaper type of hardware, software, etc.) ive been to ace logic and they're just a bunch of inconsiderate people (they texted me to claim my printer which i subjected for repair, i texted back and asked if it has been repaired already--no reply but texted again to claim my printer in 1 week or else they would transfer it to their warehouse. 2 weeks or so has passed and i finally went to their store to claim my printer and fortunately i was able to claim it--I THOUGHT YOU GUYS TRANSFERRED IT TO YOUR WAREHOUSE? OR ARE YOU JUT TRYING TO THREATEN ME?) my laptop's broken again and i will have this repaired to ace logic.. let's just see if they can repair this..
