Agree about Rolling Pin superb pastries:cat:
Also Nana's stall in Robinsons pies are Delicious!! Bread a little sweet for me but good. Need a good saw knife or electric knife to avoid top crumbling.

Please tell the reasons, because all people I know, rave about it.

I hate the sloppiness of Tiramisu .... BUT, recently went to Adamo and their version is NONE OF THAT .... instead it has all of the coffeeness and creaminess of Tiramisu with a crisp biscuity structure (hope I have done credit to this). The owner of Adamo is on a different level to all other places I know of. We are very lucky to have him in Dumaguete.

I have been in Adamo, yesterday with 4 persons, so I could also taste a bit the food of my friends, I must say, it is high class, 5 stars or more, so special the taste, not usual and after eating the cook came and ask, how it was (so nice, I like this European gesture). The price was also ok, I fear I will get bankrupt in the near future, because I must go there again tooooooooo often.

Not yet but thanks for mentioning that. I would include that in my bucket list.

Google translator does not translate "bucket list". Please give a different word. Thanks.

Had a once-a-year gourmet steak lunch at Casablanca. Highly recommended.

Aside from steak, do they offer Filipino dishes? What are their specialties?
