    You may want to look into Silliman University itself. It is an American school and the education is recognized in North America (I asked about my 14 and 16y/o sons. They are still in Canada). Sorry, I didn't get all the details yet. Not sure of the tuition. I'd appreciate it if you could post the info here for people looking in the future.
