What ever photo you need for whatever agency here you can trust the people in the office will direct you to someone close by to do it... who will be related to them... and the most expensive in the area also. That is the way it works here. Where they is a peso to be made there is someone ready to compromise themselves to make it and another government agency to accept their apology for doing it..... for part of the profit... lol . It is easy in the Philippines once you understand the meaning of "fun in the Philippines".
