    It does say he was on Boracay.....not exactly sure where he is going to run to or hide at. If you're a fugitive it's kinda stupid to hang around on a small island. Nowhere to go when law enforcement starts closing in on ya. :rolleyes:

    An agent of the Bureau of Immigration (BI) was shot while he, along with 3 BI agents were about to serve a Warrant of Deportation against Rudolf Wilhelm Stolz, a fugitive German national included in the INTERPOL Red Notice. This incident happened on March 03, 2016 at about 12:40 in the afternoon at Sitio Sugod, Brgy. Manocmanoc, Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan.
    The suspect resisted arrest and shot BI Agent, hitting him on his upper right chest. The BI Agent, critically wounded, was rushed to an undisclosed hospital. His condition has been described at stable by attending doctors.
