    Ok here we go. Next Saturday an official will come to Dumaguete to process all annual reports, it will cost php1500 per person in total. We will need to arrange a meeting point or room somewhere and also inform everyone, pls pass the word around as I know not everyone is on this forum.
    Also if possible print out the form x2 and have 2x 2x2 pictures ready,do not get it notorized just incase of any mistakes, fill in as much of the info as you can,if you're not sure leave it blank.
    I will need to know the numbers as soon as possible via pm or posted on here.
    The official reciepts will be issued in Cebu and all need to be picked up one week later by only one person! I'm sure we can find a volunteer to go and collect or someone who will be going to Cebu anyway.

    Are you going to close the BI dumaguete? Arlene Sanchez still didn't answer the question

    Bureau of Immigration, Republic of the Philippines Dear Ma'am,

    Good day! Only the BI offices with ACR I-card capturing facility can transact the Annual report process, the office in Dumaguete is still operational but it has no facility to cater the Annual Report. You may do the process in the offices posted above.

    The php 1500 includes all. I will update everyone when I know times and a venue. I do believe cassa Blanca has a room upstairs, I will enquire!

    Thinking out loud, 1500 P is tempting. But why not instead pool resources and then go purchase their card reader for them, invest in their technology for the benefit of their local office (our local BI office), then everyone can benefit not only this time around, but also in the future. We use their approved IT contractors, we foot the bill. Anything wrong with my idea? I have to think it could be done for less than 75K PHP. The old "Help them to help us (and everyone else in our shoes in the future) " idea.

    First of all, thanks for your efforts...

    What about Notarization? Where it can be done on the same day? Or will be the BI Officer notarize it for the 1,500P all incl.?
