We would like to meet you as we are neighbors on Noreco Road.

Peny and I are arriving at Mangnao on February 3rd. We'll be renovating our house there. Lets get together and share some stories about the Philippines.

This is what we are starting with.

don't take it bad, but there is nothing to renovate. that would cost you 3 times as much than a new bilding

Lets see, new siding, paint inside & out. A complete new electrical system upgrade ( my family calls the eletrical box "Old Sparky"):D . Remove tree stumps and plant a garden. Add tile and carpentry and I expect the whole thing will cost less than 30,000 Php.

Now if the Baranguay will move the boomba water pump (its been a year now) life would be even better.

Sorry but I dont know the floor space you have but I dont think 30 would even cover the cost if the tiles The cheapest 12x12 tiles I have found are 48p and those are for the funky colors. The descent ones start at about 65-80 upwards. How long has it been since you were last here? Prices have at least doubled if not tripled on most construction materials

    Anyhow wish you luck
