    A politician asked them to defer maintenance due to the swearing in ceremony of new politicians.. deferred maintenance called by a politician??? Lack of maintenance is guaranteed what caused the school to burn the other day..just saying...

    Hey,NYC! My "abhorrent" reaction is for the brown-out thingy. Like everyone else, I hate brown-outs so when I read about the brown-out schedule, I gave my reaction by clicking abhorrent but that refers to the power outage. I hope I did not give the wrong message.
