Hello DGT Info,
I am Blair, I post here occasional under the pseudonym JWBobbit.

My wife and I have opened a food store in lower Valencia on Jose Romero road. We are about 100m on the left past Gas&Go going towards Valencia.

We will stock a mix of imported and local products at competitive prices.
Breads and Bagels baked daily from 11AM
Meats - Bacon, Steaks, Salami etc
Cheeses - Arriving Friday 26th on late Cebu Pacific flight
Spices - Full range of unique spices
Italian products- Pasta sauces, pastas and Olive oils
Korean products, Dry Korean goods, Ramen noodles and Frozen dumplings
Wines and Beers (some spirits panning to expand). Good mix of Chilean, Aussie, South Africa, Spanish and French wines. Whites and Sparkling refrigerated. Birdie Num Num and will add others later.

Parking is reasonable and off road, place is airconditioned. We expect to have credit and debit card facilities in the coming weeks (BDO is taking forever with this).

Open from 9am - 7pm Mon - Sat
10am -5pm Sunday

Please pop into the shop. Hopefully we can save you a trip to town.

Tried Blair's Angus ribeye steak. Best I found in this area. Worth the money.

 

Open until 7pm tonight for last minute Christmas requirements.

Angus steaks, brussel sprouts, red and white wines (chilled).

Everything has been kept perfectly frozen and chilled during the typhoon and following power outage. Generator ran for 67 hours with 30 minute breaks every 12 hours. Not bad for a Chinese made Promate from Matiao, 8.5KVA average (10KVA peak), ran 2 x 180W display fridges, 2 x 240W fridge/freezers, 1 x large display chest freezer and 2 x 2.5hp AirCons plus all lights and fans when we were open and also carried the Sari Sari store next door to keep his precious ice cream frozen and his drinks cold. 20litres of 95 every 12 hours.

 

If anyone is chasing food and beverage for Thanksgiving...

We have some stock of Ocean Spray Jellied Cranberry Sauce...



Also some Budweiser "King of Beers" to add to the mix...


And some American Bourbons to finish it off!

 

Finally stopped by Blair’s today. My type of deli. Nice guy.

 

We are now carrying Certified Angus Beef from the MacDonald Meat Co. in Seattle.

8oz Rib Eye @ 998php/pc. We intend to carry other cuts in January if these are popular.

Air Freighted in from Manila on Dry Ice from the only supplier in PH that carries Certified Angus Beef. Very well packaged and looking very good.

 

Morning Kelpguy,
It must be a Globe issue as we have have had a few people say they are not able to connect with 3 of our other globe numbers. Its odd as we are right near a tower, but not surprising as I have worked on their network in NCR and seen some interesting quality of builds.

0927 811 1526 is correct and we are also responsive on Facebook, Instagram, Viber and WhatsApp messaging and all being internet/data based are probably more reliable than Globe.

Also PM me here at DGT Info if you are checking stock or pricing on anything.

We got some Vlasic dill pickles and sweet relish in store, limited numbers on this delivery but hoping to develop a consistent supply..

Stocking local Finbar bacons and ham. All are priced very reasonably @ 150PHP for 200g

• Smoked American Streaky Bacon
• Smoked Back Loin Canadian Bacon
• Smoked British Back Bacon
• Sliced Smoked Ham

Plus we have an Italian Sausage with fennel - Salsiccia Siciliana from our genuine Italian suppliers. @ 352PHP for 500g. Lots of positive comments about these and we sold out of our first batch really quickly.
