    i didn't watch any of those vids on utube but some tubers i follow, sous vide
    a steak, roast, etc. and then sears the meat on a bbq, air fryer, grill and the like. one guy coats the meat with mustard before searing to get a crisp ''rind.''

    A bit different style of video but they go through the common styles of cooking steak to find the best combination.

    Open until 7pm tonight for last minute Christmas requirements.

    Angus steaks, brussel sprouts, red and white wines (chilled).

    Everything has been kept perfectly frozen and chilled during the typhoon and following power outage. Generator ran for 67 hours with 30 minute breaks every 12 hours. Not bad for a Chinese made Promate from Matiao, 8.5KVA average (10KVA peak), ran 2 x 180W display fridges, 2 x 240W fridge/freezers, 1 x large display chest freezer and 2 x 2.5hp AirCons plus all lights and fans when we were open and also carried the Sari Sari store next door to keep his precious ice cream frozen and his drinks cold. 20litres of 95 every 12 hours.

    I looked at this video for a few minutes and could take no more of these two fecking childish idiots, what was all the excitement and the shouting about? they were like a couple of Formula 1 race commentators when the cars get near the finish line.
