I bought a book at National Bookstore that I found extremely interesting and provacative. Given there are a number of former military personnel here, I thought I would share it. Title is AREA 51, AN UNCENSORED HISTORY OF AMERICA'S TOP SECRET MILITARY BASE, author Annie Jacobsen, 523 pages, cost p649.
Coverage is from building the atom bomb to current and includes several areas that were previously top secret and now declassified.
If anyone would like to borrow my copy, just pm me.

    Hey Pat,
This sounds like a book a friend of mine across the street from me would enjoy. He's 82 and was part of the atomic bomb mission in Nevada from 50' to 52'. We live across from McClellan AFB in Sacramento, his home since 55'.
