    What kind of improvements have you seen? Any negative side effects? I’ve only been on 10 days and starting to see improvements with no side effects. Thank you for sharing,

    Me too, one a day, tried to reduce it to one every two days but that wasn't enough, started to take it during 2014 under docs orders .... good medicine
