Seems like good information to me. I'm not a Brit so I just glanced over it. Seems that the US has similar laws for its citizens as well. We cannot (should not) be double taxed. We also have a foreign income exclusion, that I believe is up around 95k USD a year these days. (I pulled one over on the IRS this contract...gotta love technicalities. I should be completely tax free for this year's worth of work since I worked 6 months last year and 6 months this year. Of course the IRS might have something else in mind when I go to file my taxes.)
