    The quick answer play book

    I am sure the Noreco II already has all those answers for the City from their play book. "It is not true (no more questions please)" and life goes on in the Philippines while we are all in the dark.......

    Sorry for posting erroneous information about the additional power outage scheduled for today, Saturday, in Valencia. I had pulled the info from Noreco II's Facebook page. Happy to be wrong though, since I live in Valencia!!!
