I think only Barangay Dobdob in Valencia will be affected. Correct me if I'm wrong but here is their letter from Facebook.
If I have learned one thing about these "notices", it is that they are very inconsistent. There may be no brownout at all, it may not be in the areas posted, or it may cover the entire area for 10 hours with no warning whatsoever. Best just be prepared for the possibility. Larry
