NORECO 2 ADVISORY: NORECO II regrets to inform you that there will be a scheduled power service interruption on April 16, 2016 (Saturday), from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

Areas that will be affected: From Napacao and Tayak in Siaton to Mayabon, Antulang Beach Resort, Lutoban, Poblacion Zamboanguita, Mag-abo and Malatapay in Zamboanguita.

Reason: The NORECO II team will conduct vegetation clearing along the backbone line.

There is also an advisory from the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP). There will be a scheduled power service interruption on April 23, 2016 (Saturday), from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

Areas that will be affected:
Amlan, Tanjay City and Pamplona

Dobdob in Valencia

(NORECO II Tanjay substation will be affected)

Reason: NGCP will de-energize its Amlan-Guihulngan 69kV transmission line to conduct replacement of corroded overhead ground wires (OHGW) at str. # 400, 401, 402 and 403 (forward span) and replacement of corroded insulators at str. # 19, 75, 76, 80, 83, 85 and 102. As part of the 2016 National Election Contingency, NGCP will also check the over current protection at Bindoy substation.

All works may be finished before the scheduled time and power may be restored earlier than scheduled, so please consider the lines always energized. Member-customer-owners in the affected areas are advised to take the necessary precautions.
