Brownouts seem to be increasing

Not retiring here although there are quite a number of British retirees here in Goa which is vastly different from the crowded messes in the big cities like Mumbai.

 

Different strokes for different folks , it aint my "cup of tea" for sure , I dont like the caste system , never mind the mess of a country it has become ,corruption, poor infrastructure etc etc .
