⌛ Bugalasan Fireworks

Any suggestions on where to watch the fireworks from..Last year I was in the "crowd" on the blvd... far too mant people to the point of being scarry,dangerous.:(..Maybe a roof top?bar?...thanks..Miguel

 

well, just go in time to a place of your choice, have some cold beverages and a bite to eat there and wait safe for the firework. as most happens way above sea-level you can watch it easy - after the second competitor you've seen all anyway, can sit down again and enjoy the ahhh's and oooh's.

Last year I was at Mikes Diveshop with the benefit that he usually parks his car there, so I lifted my little one on the roof-top of his car, she had an exclusive spot while I took care of the important things in life...

 

you want to watch to photograph or just watch to watch? if you want to photograph the event, u have to cover a wide angle so it might be best if you have an slightly oblique view to add depth to your composition. think like a sniper. cover the target. if you just like to watch, anywhere along the stretch from the "welcome" sign at the pier down to about the edge of the silliman old gate area i think offers a good visual coverage...and nice left-to-right neck exercise.

 

sorry guys...the blvd is a great place to watch the fireworks, BUT,after my experiances last year,it will not be considered..Far, far way over crowded,and very dangerous,..including Cocos and Mikes..I was hoping that maybe on the roof of Palwa,Gazebo,or something like that.."far from the maddening crowd".

 

far from the crowd you want? on the roof of palwa you wont see the low altitude fireworks. maybe you can rent a boat and set yourself some distance out into the sea.
