⌛ Buglasan and Barangay Election

With the Buglasan Festival starting soon I just recognized it falls together with the Barangay elections (25th October).

Around the election day is usually a alcohol-ban in the Philippines. That somehow does not work together (also SMB is the main sponsor of Buglasan), but the organizer of Buglasan tell they will stick to it.

The 24th is the 2nd day of the fireworks competition at the boulevard.

.. this could cause some officials to control with some extra effort to raise funds... christmas is coming.

Just keep that in mind when going downtown to watch the fireworks.
