I should know better. Wifey and I were at Robinson's Mall today, at the left front of the department store entrance they had a table with promotional shoe sale for women's shoes, 50% off at p499. Wifey found two pair that fit her. Went in to pay, cashier said p499 and p999. Turns out there was small print on the 50% off sign that said 'on selected items'. There were now markings or price tags on the shoes so we assumed all were 499. No way Jose, one pair was 499 and the other 999. I complained but to deaf ears, of course. The girl got the box for the 999 pair and it had a 10% off sticker (nothing on the shoes) so the 2nd pair (the one wife liked best) cost 900. Just another day in Paradise..

That is why you need to read the fine print--lol--I almost got tricked too when I saw a big sign Php 10 on pants. I immediately got five pairs only to find out at the cashier that it was only ten pesos less, so the price of Php 1, 050 is already Php 1, 040 less ten pesos. I had to return all the pants and told them that their sign is very misleading.

I've learned to be very careful... and very rude if that's what I get. I'd of just said your sign says otherwise and walked off... screw returning them. Hell they have 100 gals standing around.... give em something to do rather then just making them pay for stolen goods.

    Ticketing

:eek:This bad ticketing (On purpose I reckon) seems to get to epidemic stages sometimes, A big Ticket say 50% off, then 2/3rds of the rail has small Tags offering only 10 or 20% off on the same rail. Lee Plaza is as bad as all the others, The Misses's will tell you. OH but it is the customer that Puts them back in the wrong Place. Strange! Whenever I have tried on something, I may have taken 2/3 items, I choose or not choose, the Girl (Lad) takes the discarded ones, refolds and places back on the rail. Hardly the Customers fault then I think. With the amount of staff circling there should not be any problem with ticketing at all, This makes me think, it is a deliberate attempt to confuse us Poor Buyers :D Ukay,Ukay are getting as bad :o (Yes we go there) our monster will say NO! Mama, that's a 200p top, it is on the 50p rail. Smart Kid I got some days, don't miss a thing.:D

I bought a pot in Lee Plaza and the sales guy helping us find it showed it to us. I accidentally dropped it (didn't break at all) but he grabbed me another (yes I know it was another unopened in a box. Then as we were walking away with it came up pulled off a 10% off sticker from another item and said "here, 10% off". That was a bit funny in a way I thought.
