May not matter to you but for me I'd add Internet, Cable as well for those watching lots of TV 13. Internet Options depending on your internet use. 14. Cable TV options Then also checking neighbors houses/wall compared to what you envision to build. Make sure you have enough extra room for airflow considering their walls especially as most will build up to the wall on at least one side if not more. I'd hate to find I thought I had a nice place setup and a neighbor builds high or tight and all of a sudden no airflow, no sunlight, and just overall hatred for your neighbor.
