And if your car is bought and paid for and sitting on the lot waiting for you, BUT the guy who gives the clearance ticket did not show up because there is a fiesta today, then you cannot have your car. The customer does not come first here. Heck, the customer doesn't even get a "reach around" as he gets it up the . . OK we won't go there. :clown::clown::clown:

With 14 staff that raises the possibility of the customer having to wait for the staff to finish their chesmis 'meeting'. :banghead2:

Yep! Things are done differently in the PI than in other countries! The Chevrolet guys doing the routine maintenance didn't care, they were probably just glad to get me out of there because I was airing their dirty laundry in front of their other customers. Plus, they knew I was right, because they were aware of who I was and that I had been complaining for a long time with no resolution.

Yep! I was in the PI when that happened (Dumaguete). There were no guards involved. I honestly think the guys that had come from Bacolod to do the oil changes that day knew who I was and that I had a valid complaint. I never got a bill from Chevrolet, so they accepted that (they still came out ahead, but at least I recouped some of my money).
