Finally got my inflatable kayak so I got to take it out on the lake today. Caught a bunch of Jaguar Guaport, many Red Devils, a few Oscar and 1 Tilapia. I keep seeing Peacock Bass swimming around but have yet to hook one. I actually had 3 of the Jaguar Guaport take a 1/2 oz chatterbait. We’ll see what tomorrow will bring. I really like the coloration of this Oscar.

I was having difficulties identifying the fish as I started with freshwater and then saltwater next...which is extensive around PR. Tarpon, Snook and Peacock Bass are my target but would love to catch another of the mangrove snappers, especially if it was on my ultralight gear. A really nice looking fish, and my first.

    Much thanks!
