    Hi All,

    Finished building my house in upper Valencia a while back and have a very functional, full sized mixer left over which I would like to rent at P450 per day (or by the hour??). Deposit of P5,000 in advance. You pay for gas, oil and lubrication. I will pay for delivery. You pay for return. All things are negotiable!!

    I also have about a four foot high pile of used coco lumber I'd like to get rid of. Mixture of 2'X2's, 2' X 6's and whatever. Various lengths. MAKE ME AN OFFER!! Take a little, or take it all. You haul. (Its dry and hard as a rock!!)
