On October 15, Ceres Liner will be starting a new route from Dumaguete - Valencia - Bacong.
First trip is 5:45am from Valencia and 6am from Dumaguete.
Last trip is 6:45pm from Valencia and 6:30pm from Dumaguete.

That's what buses do here. At least they will be much faster up the hill than a trike when they are on the move. One bus has got to be better than a line of 15 trikes trundling up.

The way i have read it i think it is actually 2 routes, rather than a loop route.
Dumaguete - Valencia via Bagacay.
Dumaguete - Valencia via Bacong.
This is a special permit covid-19 route so not sure if it will remain a permanent franchise of Ceres Liner.
They will have 4 units of small non airconditioned buses running these routes at a frequency of every 30 mins.

Here are the times of operation.
Would have been nice if they used lowentry buses like they do from Bacolod to Victorias.

All it amounts to is a very big yellow jeepney, that will stop at every hand wave or passenger requesting to get off. Wonderful for traffic.
