It's not. The rating was likely hit on accident. It has been removed. Please report posts that you feel are incorrectly rated so it can be dealt with quickly.
It depends upon the strain, many can be spread by direct contact. Eating properly cooked chicken is not the risk, handling the raw chicken is. Of course H5N1 is the big worry, but it seems the strain now spreading in the Philippines is H5N6 which is not as serious.
