Good quality dark chocolate isn't sweet at all.
A piece of dark chocolate snd s glasd of goid red wine a day and you could be on the safe side.
A piece of sweet milk type chocolate or chocolate bar and a glass of sweet red wine a day would be the opposite.

***** From a Health Website****
Is dark chocolate good for stroke recovery?
Eating dark chocolate can help prevent the formation of blood clots. Dark chocolate is also rich in iron, which is important for blood health. These health benefits of dark chocolate make it a good food to eat while recovering from a stroke.- Informative x 3

I'd like people here to define "black chocolate".... what percent industrial sugar? Percent ADDED? 150, 300% added?
I have no problem blaming the World War Covid for my new addiction to UTube and also to sugar..... And I am not the type to be addicted, but I now CRAVE the quality [does that mean the sweetest?] chocolate..... Just now salivating thinking of Toblerone!
So I am with PatO here, sadly.- Like x 3

Instead of milk powder I add 2 shots of rum. Neither Don Papa, or Very Old Captain.
If available I add some cream as well.
It works as well with coffee or tea, but I prefer hot, or even iced, chocolate.- Like x 1

Just bought 10 KitKat Milk Chocolate bars, 10 Twix and 10 Snickers. Good for the nest 30 to 40 days. Don't eat dark chocolate nor white chocolate. (keep in mind this is just me) Do not advise anyone do what I do.
