From my personal experience Noise Nuisance Laws already exist from loud outside Videoke machines to motor bikes. The local law enforcement authorities from the Brgy level up to the Mayors office of the SAGARR, City Administrator, City legal office refuse to enforce them. I have been in a dispute with the Mayors offices for 11 months over a noise nuisance complaint and no permit to operate a outside Videoke Bar that started at the Brgy level and is now as of today in the office of the DILG. This person continues to operate with the blessing of the Brgy and the City Legal office. I expect this is just more election time show boating and nothing will actually come of it. The bike shops will continue to sell loud exhausts instead of legal ones. The three ring circus of non- civility will continue as is. Very true !! The shops sell the illegal pipes and mufflers. Even though the National law says they can't . When the bike shops are fined for selling illegal parts then maybe I will start to believe they are serious about the issue.
