Yes. It's about 1 km before Valencia.

 

It would make a nice cocktail lounge in the evening what with the good music, air con, and really nice ambiance. Serve some salty bar munchies to keep everybody thirsty...actually make some money, I imagine.

 

Chill out and play some Pink Floyd music whilst having a bottle of San Mig or more.

Or if coming on the road up to Valencia Plaza turn left just before the plaza onto the Valencia-Bacong Road and it is a short drive down on the right.

Marvellous place air con great coffee and tea and sixties to seventies music played from a massive collection of 33rpm Long Playing records! The owner Marivic's personal collection. As someone already mentioned they will play an album you choose from the collection..... so cool.

They plan to increase the meal side if things in the near future to include Breakfasts and lunch meals.

Open 9am to 5pm every day except Monday

It would be awesome if they offered breakfast meals at breakfast time. Coffee before 9 am is also an interesting possibility to consider.

 

I forgot to say they are planning to open from 8am soon and do breakfasts. But no set date yet just "soon" the owner said (after I told her many customers wanted this!)

 

That's a start. I vote for 7 am. Then after breakfast I can go right to the red tables and join the expats for a day of drinking beer and complaining about the Philippines.

 

Or just go up to Valencia on the Dumaguete road, turn left at the new building one block before the square and go that way... Do they have iced coffee, like "froccino" at Bo's ??

And another really good breakfast place would be awesome....

PS NYC, don't be nasty about grumpies like the lunatic that thumped my car cuz i didn't slam on my brakes when he entered the crosswalk, must be a recent california visitor...

PS: ADDED SUNDAY; california or new york, either need to chill out or move elsewhere, with all the pedestrians and motorcycles cutting corners, EVERYONE needs to watch out in all directions, not get all road-raged like manila or the US or any other f**k'd up 1st world country.......

ADDED SUNDAY 6 PM: Stopped by this afternoon, almost missed it, it's facing sideways, not facing the street, so might be easy to miss, on the west side of the road. Yes, they have iced coffee, house brew and americano, wow... and OMG, biscuits and gravy, only 40 p, might as well buy two, with some of the best mushroom gravy around...
