Thought to share this info as may help somebody.
After an on line search a you tube video appeared with slow and precise directions of dismantling the machine and cleaning the grinder. Further stated 90% of grinder problems are related to damp beans. After carefully following instructions and changing beans the machine is good as new.
Saves a trip to Cebu and perhaps this in info may help readers with similar problems.
