    When I was a boy, some boys hunted and sold dog pelts to a fur trader dealing with Russia, evidently dog hair was still the high tech solution to your jacket collar freezing to your neck.

    For our helmet covers, it was either green side out (jungle) or brown side out (desert). After a month in the boonies, our choice was green side or brown side for our boxers.

    What was the original color? The army used to issue us brown underwear. If it were green I'd be free ballin' it.
