We have something going on right here in Dumaguete and some other areas. The Hall of Justice was closed for disinfecting, along with the Capitol and now NORSU. Many families have been quarantined. It appears that one person went to Manila and returned without going through protocols, and this is the result.
No one is saying openly who that person is, but tongues are wagging. Unfortunately, unless the truth is told, the wagging tongues will win. This should get interesting.

This is the VIP our lawyer guy from Bacong traveled with on that private plane.
Also an APOR, from Quezon. He was reported positive on Oct. 10
And Lo and Behold, that same APOR has miraculously already been reported as recovered a full 6 days later (and miraculously aged 4 years in those 6 days).
Even faster than the Donald.

The quarantined homes are in the following barangays: Bajumpandan (10), Bantayan (4), Banilad (2), Poblacion 2 (1), Candau-ay (1), and Cantil-e (1).
These are the homes of those who had close contacts with NegOr Patients 196, 199, and 200, COVID-19 patients who are in turn local transmissions from Patient 191, an authorized person outside of residence (APOR) with a travel history to Manila.
These 46 close contacts have also been placed under strict isolation, with one from Bantayan showing flu-like symptoms. #NewsBite | via Raffy Cabristante, 106.3 Yes The Best News Editor-

It does drive a coach and horses through all the positive messages being sent out about how well the incomers to the province are being managed. I'm scratching my head as to how both the individuals concerned and the authorities can be so stupid so as to put the whole provincial economy at further risk.
