I realise that it's semantics, but the figures issued each evening by Dumaguete City government will differ from the provincial ones. Dumaguete reported 44 cases yesterday. They do not count the 21 cases detained in the City police detention centre (presumably as they are not 'in the community' and could be from outside the city). So, with 11 recoveries, one death and six new cases in the city, case count should be 38 (or 49 if the detainees are counted). Not sure how the provincial government get to 77, but I do note that they don't seem to be taking out deaths, which is odd.
I read that Spain is not making the vaccine mandatory .... BUT will make a register of those who refuse it and send the names to other EU member states! "In an interview with La Sexta television on Monday, [the health minister] emphasised that vaccination would not be mandatory. "What will be done is a registry, which will be shared with our European partners... of those people who have been offered it and have simply rejected it" "It is not a document which will be made public and it will be done with the utmost respect for data protection." Sounds like lining people up on the edge of a cliff and telling those who don't volunteer for something to take 5 steps backwards. But your data will be protected!
Having Lived and worked in Gibraltar for over 15+ years I came to just NOT trust the Spanish Government in anything they say, Just Today for Instance, after all they said about wanting to cooperate with the UK about Brexit and its Border control, They have again put Restrictions on the Border
That data, if collected and shared between EU member and partner countries, WILL eventually be targeted by hackers and leaked. They are many countries in the EU that have weak, underfunded and/or incompetent governments.

Yes, and on top of that, the map showed 12-27 that Duma had 95 cases, and now has reverted back to 12-15 with 65 cases. No one is giving a list of active cases by location. I stripped the numbers off the map into a spreadsheet to have some record to compare because nothing matched - or seemed close - but it's up in the air.
In order to clarify how the number of cases is derived one must take a scientific approach: Firstly take a random number that most people can count to; in this case 123456789. Then take the square root of said number and you get 11,111.111 and a teeny bit more. Divide that by the number of cases you think you have - in this case 77 and you get 144.3 ish, which would be 12ft and a bit in old money. Convert 144.3 to cm and you get the number of days in a leap year, which 2020 is therefore proving the theory that 77 is the correct number of cases. I rest my case.
