Out of the 25 government-accredited local HMOs listed at Health Maintenance Organization | Official Website of the Insurance Commission, the choice for seniors seems to boil down to two: Caritas Health Shield or Pacific Cross Health Care. For me, CHS meets my needs because I am a local and my travels abroad are not frequent. Besides, their policy seems good, in the sense pointed out by Plainspoken.
